Born in 1967 in Vilnius, Lithuania. School education mostly in Zurich, Switzerland.

1993: Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zurich (lic. iur.).

1993/1994: Worked as legal clerk at a district court in the Canton of Zurich.

1996: Admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich.

1996–2004: Attorney with a boutique law firm in Zurich specializing in business law.

2002: PhD in law, University of Zurich.

2004–2015: Associate, then partner at an international business law firm in Zurich.

Since 2015: Running my own practice in the areas of white-collar crime and criminal law compliance (Mark Livschitz AG).

2019–2021: Continuing education course to become a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) Criminal Law, certification in 2021.
